Bishop. Amos Wlutoboe Tarpeh, Jr. Presiding Elder /General Overseer
Our General Overseer and Founder, Rt. Rev. Amos W. Tarpeh, Jr. began the Harvest Outreach Ministries, INC, on January 4, 1998 after an all night tarry that was held December 31, 1997. During the first worship service on January 4, 1998, over 60 people attended. He and his wife Rev. Janet Campbell Tarpeh were the first pastors. Bishop. Tarpeh pastor the church, Harvest Outreach Evangelical Church (the headquarters’) for two years and left for a missionary trip to the Republic of Ghana. In Ghana, he co-pastor the House of God Assembly an Evangelical ministry ministering to Liberian Refugees on the Buduburam Refugee Camp. He left for the United States after a short stay with the church his wife and family.
In the United States, Bishop. Amos W. Tarpeh, Jr continues prayers and the Lord’s work. After a time of prayer and consideration Bishop Amos W. Tarpeh, Jr is partnering with Rev. Archie Z. Kamara of Philadelphia, USA, and a new church has started in furtherance of the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. The Freedom Worship Center began Sundays' worship on March 4, 2007. The work is exciting and it is growing by the special grace of God

In 1998 he received a certificate in a corresponding course, "Theology Education by Extension" (TEE, Pastoral Ministry) from the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary. From 1999-2000 he did evangelism and church planting at the Bible League of Liberia with a certificate and diploma. 2000-2002 attended the Harbel Bible Training Center and graduated with a diploma in Pastoral ministry. 2005-2006 enrolled at the International Institute of Computer Studies and Man Power Development. Presently he is a freshman at the Global University in Sinkor 9th street, Monrovia, Liberia. Pastor Thompson is married to Mother Comfort G. Thompson and their union is blessed with three children: Faith Emmanuel Thompson-1yr, Favor Daniel W. Thompson III-4yrs, and Fata Jangar Thompson-10yrs

Pastor Binda O. Wilson Pastor Emeritus Buduburam Community Chapel
Pastor Binda O. Wilson came to work with The Harvest Outreach Ministries, HOM in November of 2002. With the flock of Liberian Refugee moving to the Liberian Refugee Camp (Buduburam) in Ghana he was moved and touched and with the prayers and support of the First Lady of HOM, Mother Janet Campbell Tarpeh, he launched the Harvest Outreach; HOM, Ghana branch.
The Harvest Outreach Buduburam Chapel is located in Gomoa District, on the Buduburam Refugee Camp in Area A. The camp is the home to over 15, 000 Liberian Refugees. The Republic of Ghana is the home to some 40,000 Liberian Refugees.
The membership of the church is over 150 people. The Sure Foundation Children Ministry and the Firm Foundation Youth Ministry are vibrant young people groups in Buduburam. The ministry of the church reaches to orphans, widows, victims of the Liberian crisis, the sick, destitute, street kids, the poor and needy both on the camp and in the Ghanaian communities.
